Role Summary:
The Senior Graphic Designer leads the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual content across digital and print platforms; ensures brand consistency; collaborates with marketing, product, and business teams; mentors junior designers; manages multiple creative projects; and contributes to the overall visual strategy and brand growth of the organization.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Creative Concept & Design Execution: Develop innovative design concepts for marketing campaigns, branding, digital media, and print collateral. Translate business requirements and creative briefs into visually compelling designs. Deliver high-quality graphics within defined timelines and brand guidelines
- Brand Identity & Visual Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints. Ensure consistent use of logos, colors, typography, and design standards. Create and update brand guidelines and visual assets as required
- Digital & Marketing Design: Design creatives for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements. Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance campaign performance through effective visuals. Optimize designs for different devices, platforms, and formats
- Print & Offline Design: Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, and other print materials. Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure quality output and color accuracy. Prepare print-ready files following industry standards
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers; review and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with content writers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Project & Workflow Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Maintain organized design files, assets, and version control. Ensure smooth handover of files to internal teams and external vendors
- Design Tools & Technology: Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Recommend new tools, workflows, or processes to improve design efficiency
Experience and Skills required:
- Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web design standards
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation

- (Experience in branding, digital marketing, or agency environments preferred)
